At checkout when it comes time to enter sensitive information we use a secure server for these transactions.

A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, your bank may limit your total loss and cannot hold you liable for more than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site.

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives.

If contents have been damaged while in transit, keep merchandise, packing material and carton together. Notify UPS, Federal Express, or the Post Office, then notify us of the issue.

Should you wish to return an item to us for a refund, it must be returned, at your expense, no later than 2 weeks after you receive the order. Refunds are made on the merchandise only, not on shipping charges. Returned goods must be returned with good packing material and in a sturdy carton. Insure goods for full value.

Shipping Information

Shipping charges are calculated on a per order basis.
We are not able to accept orders that are received outside the continental US (48 states), due to the nature of the product and the Federal requirements regarding special shipping. If you can receive in excess of $2500 of product at one time, please call 440-834-8888.

All orders will be shipped from the factory within 5 business days. Please allow 2-4 additional days for delivery.
